I maintain a professional office in Eugene, Oregon where I see clients in-person. However, most clients prefer to see me via telehealth, regardless of whether they live in Oregon, Arizona, or anywhere else in the world. Here’s what that looks like:
Where I Work With Clients
In-Person Sessions
My office is located at 2440 Willamette Street, Suite 101-C, in Eugene, Oregon. A parking lot is available on the south side of the building, along with handicapped accessible entry.
Telehealth (Virtual) Sessions
I am licensed to practice therapy statewide across Oregon (LCSW #1434). The majority of my clients that see me via telehealth in Oregon are located in Eugene, Springfield, Portland, Salem, and Bend.
I am also licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state of Arizona (LCSW #17754). This primarily includes Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Phoenix using telehealth.
Relationship & Life Coaching via Zoom
I also provide relationship coaching services worldwide. Our focus is strategic, not clinical. Surprisingly, many clients tell me they actually prefer coaching over therapy because of how relationship challenges are approached:
- Therapy works within a clinical framework to understand and treat underlying emotional or mental health concerns, often by exploring past experiences and internal dynamics.
- Relationship coaching, by contrast, is forward-focused and skills-based, helping individuals and couples examine current relationship patterns and develop practical strategies to improve communication, trust, and connection.
