Private Pay
- Initial evaluation session, $270
- Standard sessions, $225
During your first session, we’ll talk about your current situation, identify potential patterns that might be keeping you stuck, and come up with an initial plan of action. This also gives you a chance to make sure we’re a good fit.
After-Hours/Weekends: I have a limited number of after-hour (5:00 PM PST) and weekend slots available at an additional rate of $100.
Payments accepted: FSA/HSA, Venmo, cash, and all major credit cards.
Insurance
I am in-network and a “preferred provider” with PacificSource Health Plans for individual therapy.
Couples therapy is private pay only. Documentation for insurance reimbursement will be provided upon request.
Most clients choose private pay for the added confidentiality and privacy it provides.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. I’m currently accepting new clients, ages 20 and older, for couples therapy and individual counseling.
Do you work with people outside of Oregon or Arizona?
I’m licensed to provide psychotherapy only in Oregon and Arizona. If you live elsewhere, I work with couples through structured relationship coaching. Coaching is skill-focused and practical, helping partners apply communication and conflict-management tools. Therapy explores deeper emotional injuries, mental health needs, and clinical treatment. Coaching does not replace therapy but can help couples build skills and stay accountable.
How does insurance reimbursement work?
I’ll provide a detailed billing statement (called a SuperBill) that includes diagnosis codes and treatment information required by insurance companies. You submit this to your insurance provider to receive reimbursement using your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. I provide online therapy and virtual relationship coaching via secure video conferencing. Research consistently shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions. Virtual sessions also eliminate travel time and provide greater scheduling flexibility.
Can I meet with you in person?
My practice operates primarily via secure telehealth, which allows me to serve clients throughout Oregon and Arizona. I maintain a limited number of in-person appointment slots at my Eugene office (2440 Willamette Street, Suite 101-C) for clients who prefer face-to-face sessions after we’ve established a working relationship.
